Peyrepertuse castel
Due to the extent of its remains and the quality of its construction, the castle of Peyrepertuse (XI century) is the best example of medieval architecture in the Languedoc (most of the walls are still standing, and some rooms are still well preserved). It is located on a ridge and offers amazing views of the hills and vineyards.
Every year, the most important medieval festival in the south of France takes place and the whole family will enjoy many entertainement.
